The ideal candidate:

Specialized higher education: degree in construction engineering / mechanics

Experience in constructions and projects in the industrial / agricultural / residential fields

Category B driving license

Knowledge of English language (technical)

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and monitoring on site the allocated investment project
  • Identifying the problems from the initial phase, looking for solutions and arguing them
  • Verification of the evolution of the project according to the quality norms established contractually in the relationship with the service providers and according to the legislation in force
  • Preparation of periodic reports on the evolution of the project
  • Maintaining communication between the project beneficiary and the entities involved in the project
  • Participation in weekly meetings with builders
