Project Management

Project management consists in all the means used to manage and coordinate all resources involved in carrying out a project, throughout the project, to achieve project objectives and its completion within the deadline, within the allocated budget and according to the imposed quality conditions. The development of any complex project involves the use of both human and material resources, financial and logistical, whose involvement in the development of the project must be optimized by the entity that provides the project management services.

Project Deployment Planning

Planning the development of the project stages has a major role in managing its development. In this respect, each project is developed according to a customized chart (gantt) in which are clearly highlighted the milestones for the beginning and completion of each stage and operation, the period of each stage and operation, but also the interdependence of these. The execution schedule is built
according to the technological stages to be covered, but also taking into account the financial, operational, logistical or climatic particularities.

Project Monitoring

Project monitoring consists in carrying out activities specific to project management, respectively:

Observing the progress of the construction works and the permanent comparison with the execution schedule assumed by the contractors
Informing and consulting all entities involved in the project before the important moments in the project, but also in special situations that may generate changes in the project
Issuing information reports regarding the state of the works, containing the eventual modifications of the execution terms and costs, as well as their implications in the development of the project
Modifying the planning of the works and its execution schedule, when necessary
Organizing periodic meetings in which the representatives of all parties involved in the development of the project participate, exposing the existing situation and the problems, as well as identifying solutions for the further development of the project in the best conditions

Construction Management

The construction management consists in coordinating and planning the activities carried out by all the entities involved in the execution of the works related to the project, as well as the suppliers of equipment and materials, as well as the activity of all specialists who provide the necessary support.

Quality Control

The quality control is performed periodically and consists in the systematic verification of the works executed by the general contractor and subcontractors, as well as of the materials to be used, in close accordance with the quality standards and with the provisions of the project documentation.
